# Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:

* **You haven’t downloaded the product yet.**
* **You made a duplicate order.**

Refunds are not offered on **bundled products** due to the discounted pricing.
